Still remaining half in cash

Although the Calendar says tomorrow should be up, I remain cautious. The weak start to the day, the decline in energy prices, possible bad news out of China and the high over-bought condition in the S&P 500 Index keeps me from going all in today. Check at 2:40 pm if there is an update. If not then I haven't changed my positions.
